Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept payments through secure payment gateways available on the website.

  • Jokha is not responsible for any payment failures or transaction issues from third-party providers.

Orders

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email/WhatsApp.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

  • In case of cancellation from our end, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.

  • Same-day delivery is available for Jaipur orders (subject to eligibility).

Exchanges & Returns

  • We offer exchanges only.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 DAYS of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.

  • No returns/refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges for exchanges may be customer-borne, except in cases of damaged or wrong products.
