Exchange Policy

We offer Exchanges only (no returns/refunds).

Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Exchanges are allowed for Size issues (subject to availability), Damaged/defective products, Incorrect item received.

We offer a one-time complimentary size exchange per order (subject to availability), with no additional shipping charges.


Return Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
In such cases, please inform us within 24–48 hours with a proper unboxing video.

Shipping for Exchanges

  • No shipping charges for size exchange (one-time per order)
  • For damaged/incorrect items, we take full responsibility
  • Replacement is shipped after quality check of returned item

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized / made-to-order products 
  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color/embroidery are natural due to handcrafted work.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability
